The Bovine's Community Night. Every Monday night is an Improv Festival.
Come one, come all to the best darn improv hootenanny in the Front Range. Every Monday night for the last 16 years, Bovine Metropolis has let its doors swing open wide to welcome teams of improv performers from Colorado to join the stage and share their own hilarious improvised adventures.
Coming from different backgrounds and with different levels of experience, each team brings something unique to the stage and leaves the audience with an unforgettable night. Among the performers, audiences will see classes from the Bovine’s improv school, visiting teams, and several house favorites.
"We are a welcoming theater and enjoy seeing improv grow around Denver. We think it’s really cool to see different venues, groups, and performers pop up around town. The Bovine has been around a long time and I believe the Improv Hootenanny has contributed much to that,” says Improv Hootenanny-in-Chief Denise Maes.
Anyone who wants to see something new, which could mean anyone who’s a fan of improv, will enjoy the variety of talent gracing the Bovine’s stage. And as an audience member, you’ll have your chance to add to the fun by offering suggestions and watching as these performers use them to step into the unknown.
